Synopsis


This feature was contributed to the Spring 2009 issue of Triumph magazine, as part of the launch promotion of the new-for-2009 Daytona 675.

The article was shot and, mostly, written at the bike’s press launch at the Cartagena circuit in Spain. Aimed mainly at owners of existing Daytona models, the brief was to highlight the technical development of the new bike and to introduce some of the people behind its development.

Additionally, the article featured in a revamp of the style and editorial stance of the magazine which was developed by Paul in conjunction with FMS Publishing, the company who produced the magazine. Based on customer feedback and the team’s magazine making experience, the revamped format provided meatier content and better use of space to really capitalise on the great photography at the team’s disposal.
